About Us

The Economics Association strives to promote communication and interaction among students, faculty, and the business community associated with the field of economics through involvement in social events such as guest speakers, seminars, and job search workshops.

In the past, we have sponsored Ben Stein's speech through the Distinguished Speakers Series, taken a trip to New York City to see the New York StockExchange, and held panel discussions with former Penn State Econ students about their careers and opportunities within Economics.
