Who is Salih Adem? 

Salih Adem is an outstanding person who has expertise both in Islamic and positive sciences. He is a two-times International Physics Olympiad (IPHO) gold medallist (1993 USA and 1995 Australia) and winner of the youngest participant prize in IPHO history (1992 IPHO). Mr. Adem participated in 4 international physics Olympiads successively (a world record). He is one of the authors of the book Islamic Perspectives on Science and he has many articles on science and religion, which have been published in journals since he was senior at high school. He has a B.S. degree in physics. Currently he is a graduate student at the University of Maryland, Department of Philosophy.
