2. Vision 09 Conference ( Sponsored by Bridges International)
When: December 28 - January 1, 2010
Where: New Brunswick, NJ (with a day in New York City)
Last year's conference was held just outside of Washington D.C. This year's conference will be held in New Brunswick, NJ, (at the Hyatt Regency Hotel) about 45 minutes from New York City. The conference is designed to help Christians grow in their faith and ministry skills, and it is also for those who are not Christians but have an honest interest in learning more about Christian beliefs. It's always a lot of fun - we will spend one whole day walking around New York (Manhattan), and we'll have a fun New Year's Eve party at the hotel too.
The first 325 people who register for the conference will receive a $100 discount from the conference organizers. We already have several students from Penn State registered. We will drive cars and vans from State College to the conference on Monday, December 28 and return on the afternoon of January 1. Please don't be stuck in State College during that week with nothing to do - join us!
A flier is attached - all registration for the conference is done on-line. Check out the website and register at http://www.bridgesinternational.com/conferences/vision09_newyork/ as soon as possible to qualify for the $100 discount.
However, after you register be sure to let us know so that we can be sure to reserve a seat for you in our vans and cars. Ben & Cathy Bidelspach, Rebecca Sharpless and Chris Cunningham are planning to attend, so we hope that you can go with us and experience a week that can change your life.
