We are a group dedicated to being intentional about REALLY seeing people. Each person we encounter is more than just an extra on the stage of "me."  Our guiding belief is that people are worth being nice to! 

Everything we do revolves around the central belief that people matter.  We are sold on the fact that interacting with people in creative, positive and personal ways should be the norm.  We also believe genuine positivity is wildly contagious and worth spreading.

To challenge ourselves and others to take positive social risks in line with our philosophy of others.
We engage our world in interpersonal ways by:

• encouraging and equipping members, as well as those within their spheres of influence, to take positive social risks
• creatively utilizing symbols of joy (like a clown nose) in order to earn audience and gain rapport with people in hopes of initiating positive interaction
• redefining the norm in areas of social interaction
