1. We now have official PSU club affiliation

2. We now need Student Council representatives, it's a great opportunity to have a leadership role within the club

3. Last meeting we voted on a club T-shirt design. It has the Ebola virus and the club name on the front in the upper left corner, and a biohazard sign and 'Est. 2007' on the back. There is currently a sign up sheet to see how many people are interested in getting a shirt. The cost will be about $10.

1. We are going to have a table at BioDays, and our activity is going to be DNA isolation of strawberries. BioDays isn't until April 14th, but be thinking of ways to make our table fun and interesting for the kids.

1. Dues are $5 a semester; bring them to the next club meeting. You need to pay dues to be an active club member.

1. The article for the February Journal Discussion is called "Wanting babies Like Themselves, Some Parents Choose Genetic Defects." The article can be found on the website, or just google the title. We will be discussing this article on Feb. 28, 6pm in 301D Life Sciences (same place as our meetings).
