What is BASH?

The purpose of the Business and Society House (BASH) is to congregate undergraduate students (especially freshman) who share a passion for business and a desire to meet people who share those same interests early on during their educational experiences at PSU, University Park Campus. In addition to being a Special Living Option (SLO), BASH gives students professional, social, volunteer, and academic opportunities to enhance their college experiences. BASH has the primary goal of giving members the opportunity to explore the world of business at a deeper level. Secondly, BASH aims to forge bonding opportunities among members to create a close group of undergraduate students who share similar academic pursuits. For those members not enrolled in Smeal, BASH gives these students access to becoming more business savvy and can enhance their prospective as non-business majors. For those members in Smeal, activities and events will be used to help members gain insight into which major they would like to choose.
