Without fail, 6:30 PM -- meeting begins. See in gas it was very dark and cold outside...and with the possibility of no observing, the planetarium was put to use. It was beautiful. And calming. And maybe somewhat empowering ... by being able to change the rotation of the earth, and by moving forward and back ward in time ... much was learned.
Then off to the roof ... which was cold. So an equilibrium formed where astroclubbers moved from the warm interior to the cold, puddled roof. Earlier in the evening, the shift favored the warm interior -- but as more people came, the love for the night skies outgrew our love for warmth and lack of hypothermia. It was a beautiful, clear night. For health reasons (the inability to feel one's extremities, possibly icy patches, hypothermia), the night ended early. One more meeting this semester -- don't miss out!

6:30 PM -- Meeting starts fantastically well and on time.
Followed by an amazing game of tic-tac-toe Astro Trivia! (yes if you missed it, you are now wishing that you had been present). Who won? Well you should have been there ... because I cannot remember. X's ... O's ... we're all winners ...
The Club initiates their own Diaspora, only to reunite later in the evening for some spectacular observing at 8:30 PM. What did you miss at this affair? Only the greatest assembly of minds known to man ... and many little children who were fascinated by that "moldy cheerio" in the sky -- the Ring Nebula. Unfortunately, clouds obscured the heavens, thus the phenomenally wicked congregation could not continue their quest. Beyond moldy cheerios --the broad array of intellectual conversation cannot be defined in this minute.
