Please convey Arpana's deepest gratitude to all our friends at AID for their wonderful, loving gesture and tremendous effort in collecting and sending a consignment of used clothes for free distribution amongst the rural and urban poor whom we are so very privileged to serve. The following urgent actions have to be taken by AID ONLY through Ullas Gargi, since he is the Exporter and his name appears on all the documentation. The address used in his letters to us must corroborate with the address shown in the shipping documents.
1. The first document compulsorily required is called a LETTER OF OFFER from Ullas Gargi to Arpana Research & Charities Trust. Please fax it to me at Fax No 91-184-256089 exactly as shown below:

This Consignment has been dispatched through DIRECT CONTAINER LINE INC., PHILADELPHIA, U.S.A. as B/L No. PHL/DLH/00503 : SHP AC: P12/848, on 13/02/1998, by Vessel named Wilma V 370 in Container no. HLXU 4534 290 (LCL). The weight of the Consignment is 363 kg. The freight is pre-paid. The consignment is entirely free of cost and has no commercial value whatsoever. 3. The 3rd. document compulsorily required is a letter, as shown below, to be faxed from Ullas to the Shippers - Direct Container Line Inc., Philadelphia, U.S.A. Please send a copy of your fax to me at Fax No 91-184-256089. This should be as under: To: M/s Direct Container Line Inc. Fax No: Subject: CHANGE OF NAME OF CONSIGNEE WITH REGARD TO THE CONSIGNMENT OF OLD, USED CLOTHES SHIPPED THROUGH YOU TO NEW DELHI (PATPARGANJ), INDIA. REFERENCE: B/L NO. PHL/DLH/00503: SHP AC P 12/848 , DESPATCHED BY YOU ON 02/13/1998, BY VESSEL NAMED WILMA V 370, IN CONTAINER NO. HLXU 4534290 (LCL)
Dear Sirs,
With regard to the above mentioned Consignment, I had inadvertently given the name and address of the Consignee as -
