AID Volunteers' Workshops
How do you tell new volunteers what AID is all about? How do you open up their minds and make them more receptive to the problems & new ideas. We take them for a ride oops picnic.

In the first month of Fall semester active AID members & new volunteers gather for a picnic cum workshop at the Stone Valley Recreational Center near State College. Active members of AID cook delicious food. Its almost like a mini food festival.

The workshop begins with an introduction to AID, its philosphies, mission & goal from the President. This message is followed up by a presentation by our Project Coordinator on various projects undertaken by AID Penn State. Individual Project coordinators sum up the specifics followed by an update by our Publicity Coordinator on various fun & fund raising events & activities we organize.
