หลังจากที่คุณเว็บมาสเตอร์พยายามอยู่นานเพื่อหาทางย่อขนาดไฟล์วีดีโอเวลคัมปาร์ตี้ที่จัดมาตั้งแต่ครั้งกระโน้น (นานมากจนจำไม่ได้เลยว่าตอนไหน) ในที่สุดเขาก็ทำได้แล้วครับ ด้วยการใช้โปรแกรม VirtualDub + DivX Encoder ที่ได้มาฟรีเนื่องในโอกาสพิเศษของบริษัทที่จัดทำ DivX เรามีอยู่ทั้งหมด ๖ วีดีโอนะครับ

ทว่าเนื้อที่เว็บเราก็มีรวมได้ทั้งหมด ๑ GB เท่านั้น ดังนั้นไฟล์พวกนี้จะอยู่บนเว็บเราได้แค่ประมาณ ๑ ปีเท่านั้นเน้อ ใครที่อยากดาวน์โหลดเก็บไว้ก็ควรจะกระทำโดยด่วน แต่ยังไงก็ตามเรามีการเก็บไว้บน YouTube ด้วยซึ่งอันหลังนี้จะอยู่บนเว็บไปอีกนานแสนนาน แต่คุณภาพวีดีโอจะต่ำกว่าที่ดาวน์โหลดได้จากเพ็นสเตท ซึ่งลิงค์วีดีโอต่างๆก็สามารถสรุปมาได้ดังนี้

This year we have a lot of new students and visiting scholars coming to Penn State and they are, of course, automatically joining Thai club. ThSA would like to hold a Welcome Party on Sunday, September 24th at Sunset Park starting from 11 o'clock. This is a good opportunity that we can get together to give the new comers a very warm welcome as to make them feel like staying home. Please come and join the party on date and time mention above.

27 July 2006: Summer '06 Graduation Party and Commencement Photo
Thai Student Association will hold a graduation party to celebrate for those who finished their degrees as well as those who will finish their visiting periods: P' YOT (PhD Mathmatics), P' AAE (PhD Biochemistry), YO (MS Computer Science) and N' ANN (IECP and she'll leave to Lehigh very soon).

As usual, everyone is invited to take pictures with graduates at OLD MAIN on August 12, 2006 starting from 10 A.M.

Remember, the gradution party begins at 6 P.M. at room 117, Weston Community Center. Please note that dinner will be provided by COZY THAI BISTRO with approximately calculated 7$ (including soda and some snacks) for person except all graduates.

This NECTEC website has surprisingly higher bandwidth than I'd ever expected, and we can play those multimedia files smoothly. Plus, it contains complete broadcasting programs about the event.

Thai Student Association (ThSA) just released the first newsletter. It is delivered to all members in L-THAI. You can also download it here. Adobe Reader version 6 or higher is required. However, this web-based version does not contain password for directory.

Our gallery is updated as well. This update not only contains new photo albums but also comes with new look. New albums are 'Welcome Picnic 2005', 'Thai Night 2005 Series: Events, Rehearsal and Thank-you Party', 'Commencement and Graduation Party', 'Photos of PSU Campus and Events' and a good old album, 'Whipple Dam BBQ 2003' for nostagia. 4 September 2005: Welcome Party on Sept 10 at Sunset Park
Dear all, Hope everyone has a good start for this academic year na krub. In order to welcome new students and welcome back current students to Penn State, ThSA will hold the Welcome Party on Saturday, September 10 at Sunset Park (850 McKee St., State College, PA 16803) Pavilion 2 from 11:00AM-4:00PM.

We would like to invite all of you to get together for this event. Please come and get to know the new faces in our community na krub. For the newcomers, this will be a great chance for you to know most Thai students in Penn State na krub. ThSA wil provide lunch (cooked by P'Noom and P'Yot) and refreshments. We also have many fun games and activities prepared for all of you.

About the transportation, we are setting up a carpool system krub. We'll have volunteered cars pick up those who need ride from HUB-Robeson Center and White Course Apartments between 10:30AM-11:00AM. If you have a car and are willing to help us commute people to the party, please contact Panda (pua108@psu.edu) for further information na krub. 4 September 2005: Two Thai People at PSU are on the News
This good news may be quite old, but I doubt you guys know about this. There are two Thai people in this IST newsletter. On the first page (see right column), there are some new recruits; one of them is Thai. Hey, she is probably the first Thai faculty member at PSU. We hope to meet her and her family in person in this incoming Welcome Party.

On page 2 of the same newsletter, you will see a photo of P' Matt and his father. P' Matt's father donated 50,000 USD to IST department to help support undergraduate students.

14 May 2005: ThSA web is back to PSU
ThSA was granted more web space (currently 500MB and will be 1000GB at the beginning of Fall 2005). Furthermore, we can run PHP script and SQLite in PSU web server, so we don't need outside host anymore. From now on, we will move our web back here.
