What is The SBA?

The Student Bar Association (SBA), a professional group comprised of all DSL students, is the students' official liaison with the School's administration and is responsible for many of the social events, athletic activities, and public forums presented during the school year.

The governing body of the SBA is called the Board of Governors and is made up of both non-voting members and voting members. Non-voting members include the Speakers Trust Fund representatives, committee chairpersons, (& assistant chairs), and those students who are members of faculty committees. Voting members include representatives from each class as well as the members of the Executive Council. The Executive Council is composed of the SBA President, Vice President, Secretary, and Treasurer, as well as the American Bar Association - Law School Division Representative. Below, you will find the names of those individuals who hold these particular positions, along with mailbox numbers for each.
