The problem of racism threatens us all. Uneducated white males who seek to vent their financial, social, and sexual frustrations by encouraging violence against Blacks, Jews, Hispanics, Asians, Arabs, Gays, Hindus, Muslims, or any other group will turn America into another Yugoslavia and 'ethnically cleanse' the country if we let them. The pipedream of racists to have paramilitary groups roaming city streets and exterminating defenseless victims at will. They've done this before in other countries and in parts of the U.S., and they will do it again if we don't stop them first. The cancer of racism must be controlled if America is to have a future. Cancer cells, which, like racists, perform no useful function and only cause damage, are controlled primarilly through amputation, isolation, or suppression. The same principles that save so many cancer victims can be applied to save society from racism as well.

If you would like to live in a place with no racism, there is no place in the U.S. that you can go. If you want to live without hatred, without racists in the streets endangering you and your family, you have no real options. If you are white, black, or tan and you don't want racists living in your neighborhood and causing terror to innocent people, you have no legal recourse.

Racism is a form of terrorism that the government has not yet fully recognized. Although everyone in the country knows exactly what racism is, our politicians are unable to define it. Indeed, some of them are themselves racists or members of racist groups and would be unwilling to do so. Hate crimes have been defined in legal terms but the source of hate crimes, and the type of people who commit them, has not been defined by law. A legal definition of racism would be the first step towards banning racists from our neighborhoods, cities, and states. Only then could we provide the American dream of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness for all people.

Most Americans are open to the idea of a fully integrated society, but racists are not. Therefore, the best solution, even from their own point of view, is to give them a place to live where there is no integration. Let all racists live among themselves in a separate state or two. They could have Alabama, Georgia, or one of the Carolinas -- states that have large racist populations already. Other states could legally declare themselves non-racist. The remaining states could remain as they are. Good people could then move out of the racist states and into non-racist states. Bad people would have to move out of the non-racist states.
