Cluster ::

The ITO built and maintains an Ubuntu GNU/Linux based OpenMosix Cluster. Currently consisting of 20 nodes with 30 processors spread between them, the system assists Penn State Greater Allegheny faculty and staff with research. When not in use, the cluster contributes to the Folding@Home Project.

LAN Party ::

The ITO Holds a Semi Semesterly Lan Party in Crawford Labs. All Penn State Students, Faculty and Staff are invited to attend.

Folding@Home ::

The ITO has created a Folding@Home Team to track it's contributions to the Project. The team statistics can be found on our teams site. Along with using the Idle time from the PSUMKITO Cluster, many ITO members also contribute the spare cycles of their personal machines.
