General Meeting

I. Call to Order (12:00)
II. Roll Call
III. Executive Reports
a. President (Zena) just a reminder, we run our meeting according to Roberts Rules so there should be no bags or anything on the table during the meeting. STAC committee is working on org syn. Please sign up for link up which is Saturday march 24th from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
b.

Vice-President (Olivia) I will talk about HELP in the club report.
c. Head of Senate (Stefen) we will be tallying office hours so please keep up with your hours.
d. Secretary (Annorelle) Please email stefen if you absent.
e. Treasurer (ashly) if your club wants to know your balance then please contact me.
IV. Committee Reports
a. Academic Affairs (Marques) the email about the second year experience is out and will be extended until after break, we are aiming for 150 responses.
b. Disciplinary Committee (Stefen) there will be a meeting on Thursday after SGA.
c. Student Life (Taylor) working on recycling around campus.
d. Governmental Affairs (Scott) finalizing capitol day, t shirts and bus, etc.
e. Student Affairs (Delisia) working on paws here, the next food advisory meeting will be held after spring break. We all will be meeting on Friday to get on track.
f. THON (Sam)- searching for the new THON chair, applications are going to be out soon.
V. Position Reports
a. Public Relations Chair (Malcolm) working on advertising spring week and capitol day.
b. CRC Chair (Akela) no new amendments.
c. Webmaster- absent
VI. Club Reports
a. Allies- brains storming about next year
b. Anime Club- watching anime videos in south hall lobby
c. ARHS- needs a community service project, working on ideas for that.
d. Blue & White -nothing new to report
e. Business Club- absent
f. Cheerleading- working on a community service project
g. Comedy Club- have a podcast meeting tonight
h. Film Club- working on the film from THON weekend
i. Hazy Christian Fellowship-absent
j. Hazy Goes Healthy- working on women’s self-defense class
k. Heart-N-Soul- meeting today from 2-3
l. HELP- meeting next Wednesday at 12, email if you cannot attend
m. Lion Ambassadors -absent
n. Society of the Arts (SOTA)- absent
o. Spanish Club- absent
VII. Open Forum
Sam- the real THON total was $64,075.10!
April- apply for the leadership conference march 16 and 17, and apply to be an orientation leader
Zena- CCSG weekend is when all the student governments from all the commonwealths come together and discuss issues. There will be a sign up after break.
