Gaming Association of Penn State
|
The Gaming Association of Penn State is a student organization with the purpose of providing alternative activities for students on weekends, providing entertainment and fun for fellow students, providing a resource for gamers connect with others, and generally promoting the gaming community on campus. We formerly worked with Latenight Penn State, but no longer hold Open Gaming there. We are attempting to recruit new members by holding Open Gaming in West Halls on Saturdays from 4 PM until Midnight. However, GAPS has, and will in the future, make "cameo" appearances at Latenight Penn State. GAPScon, with a diminished number of enthusiastic members, is not currently planned for 2008-9. We sell membership cards (although not required for membership) for $5, which can be used at the businesses enumerated in the "sponsors" box on the right hand side of the page. Any questions can be answered by emailing any of the officers listed on this page. The GAPS consitiution is available for download here. PLEASE NOTE that we no longer have an office, and so therefore cannot answer the old office phone number. Please submit all questions to any GAPS officers. |
