Judicial Review Committee

Welcome to the web page of the Penn State University Worthington Scranton Campus Engineering Society Judicial Review Committee.  The J.R.C. was formed September 1, 2000  by a general consensus of the members of the Engineering Society.  The purpose of the J.R.C., as outlined by the Society President Bob Chessick and Society Vice President/J.R.C. Chair Tom Charles is to handle the following society-related issues:

- 2/3 Approved Motion to Strike Against a Member

- No-shows on trips.

- Challenged being removed from club due to lack of meeting attendance.

- Request to have a rule(s) re-evaluated.

- Disputes between members that relate to club matters.

This web page is intended to keep society members informed of the events of the J.R.C., and as a policy reference  for committee members.  Also, minutes of all meetings of the J.R.C. will be posted.  This includes any hearings that are needed.

Thank you for your interest in the Judicial Review Committee.  Please feel free to email any suggestions to trc142@psu.edu.
