“I have decided to dress everyone that is available to play. Just because you are dressed does not mean you will play much. If you are wondering on how much you will play just look at the line-up and see where your name is. If your name is at the bottom of your position that means you probably won’t play much. If this is a problem for you, then you should probably not dress. No one cares if your feelings are hurt because you did not play as much as you think you should have. We play plenty of games everyone will get their chance to play somewhere down the line.”
