Welcome to Ballroom Dance Club. We do: Salsa, Argentine Tango, Waltz, Foxtrot, Quickstep, Viennese Waltz, Tango, Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Jive, Paso Doble, Merengue, Hustle, West Coast Swing and more! So, some files or pages may be inaccessible for short periods of time.
5/24/08 The first summer semester has begun and so have our lessons. Salsa on Mondays and Tango on Fridays at 5:30-7:30pm in 133 White Building. We will have an update on competition style lessons soon!
4/20/08 Elections for next years officers are over. Congratulations! President Rob Cain, Vice-president Alex Arazawa, and Treasurer Nora Snoddy. There are only two weeks of lessons left, make the most of them!
4/6/08 Nominations for elected officers begin today and end Saturday, April 12th. Only members may nominate or be nominated. If you wish to nominate or be nominated, you must become a club member by Wednesday, April 9th. Elections for elected officers begin Sunday, April 13th and end Saturday, April 19th. Only members may vote. If you want to vote, you must become a member by Wednesday, April 16th.
4/3/08 We are having a large number of events this weekend. Make sure to read dates and times carefully. Friday and Saturday, Rozana Sweeney is giving Ballroom workshops. Friday through Sunday, Jennifer Olson and Damian Lobato are giving Argentine Tango Workshops. Sunday, Greg Sipe is giving an American style Ballroom workshop (under Social Ballroom). Finally, on Sunday we will be having our All Members Meeting, make sure to be there (110 White Building). The results for the Keystone Classic are up and available. 3/31/08 Our 5th annual Keystone Classic has been concluded and it was a great success. Most if not everyone had lots of fun and left tired. Thanks to everyone who helped make it happen.
