BASIC WEIGHT TRAINING: A class designed to guide participants through a full-body workout using varying sizes of hand weights. This class is designed to replace your strength training session. No aerobic portion.
BUTTS & GUTS: A toning class focusing on the lower body and abdominals. No aerobic portion.
CORE BODY TRAINING: A unique and challenging class, focusing on stabilization and strengthening of the torso and pelvic regions.
FULL-BODY WORKOUT: For those who want it ALL! A mixture of all of PSU Fitness classes. Different every day.
FUNK: A stylized form of hi/low aerobics that gives a high-intensity workout while moving to a funky beat.
HI/LO AEROBICS: An energetic, high-and-low impact class designed to increase endurance and burn fat.
INDOOR CYCLING: A vigorous cardiovascular workout to music while riding a stationary, fixed-gear bicycle.
KICK-BOXING AEROBICS: A class that integrates kicks and punches into a high-intensity, low-impact workout.
MIND/BODY EXERCISE: Awaken your body with a unique blend of yoga movements, muscle toning, and aerobics that will energize your body while unifying your mind and spirit.
MUSCLE TONING: A challenging body-sculpting class that allows participants to use their own resistance, as well as resistance tubes to define and tone the entire body. No aerobic portion.
STEP AEROBICS: An aerobics class using adjustable platforms to accommodate all intensity levels
WASHBOARD ABS: A complex abdominal workout to strengthen and tone abdominals and lower back. No aerobic portion.
